The survey asked customers to rate the quality of advice, helpfulness of staff, use of plain English, relevance of information provided, presentation of information, promptness of information/quotation, speed of installation, friendliness of installation team, quality of on-site machine demonstration, ease of purchase and overall value for money.

And an outstanding 67% of all replies were rated as 'Excellent' and a further 31% rated as 'Good' ,2% as 'Average' and no-one said we were 'poor'.

The new site has been designed to provide customers with all the information they need to smooth the process of purchasing new or replacement laundry & dishwashing equipment. For all machines featured customers can easily view pictures, features & specifications for the machines, and these details can be easily printed on a simple product information sheet.

The new web-site which has been designed by Adtrak Services Ltd, also provides customers with information on the companies breakdown & routine maintenance services, in addition to their popular 'all inclusive' rental package.

The company will now keep its customers informed of news by regularly updating current issues on its new web-site. This might include the launch of new products, news of recent installations, as well as current and changed regulations and how this affects customers purchasing and laundry management decisions.

Wilson Electrics, in Broad Street, Syston has passed the assessment under the C2E (Committed to Equality) scheme.

The firm is one of 50 small and medium-sized companies to have signed up for the programme, being piloted in the East Midlands.

The new range is packed with useful features. Profitronic L electronic controls with multi-function selector enable easy selection from a wide suite of programmes to cater for all your laundry needs. The unique Patented Honeycomb drum on the washers creates a cushion of water to minimise fabric damage. The profile of the drum is reversed on the dryer to provide pockets of hot air to improve the drying process, and this together with reverse tumble action, and an electronic sensing drying system, results in the dryers offering optimum efficiency.

Miele Professional Partner, Wilson Electrics supplied and installed eight machines to meet the demanding requirements of the Royal Shakespeare Company.

The order for four WS5073 7.5kg washer extractors and four T6185 tumble dryers followed the successful installation of a number of Miele Professional machines for both the Costume Hire Department and the Royal Shakespeare Theatre Touring Company. The new machines were installed at the famous Royal Shakespeare Theatre and The Swan. All costumes used by the RSC are handmade; extensive detail adds to the performances but requires a great deal of care. The machines were chosen for their reliability and cost efficiency, which enable them to cope with the vigorous demands of an extensive wardrobe and maintain the appearance of the delicate materials.
